Surplyst ("we," "us") is an early-stage company building a market-intelligence product for the surplus lines insurance industry. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect from this website and how we use it.
Right now, this site collects only one thing: the email address you voluntarily submit through our "Get early access" form. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or any other form of visitor tracking on this site.
We use your email address for exactly one purpose: to contact you about early access to Surplyst when it's ready. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.
Submitted emails are stored via our form-processing provider (Formspree) and are visible only to the Surplyst founder. We do not share this data with brokers, carriers, or any other third party.
You can ask to have your email removed from our list at any time by emailing contact@surplyst.com. We'll remove it promptly.
Once Surplyst's actual product (the data platform itself) launches, this policy will be expanded to cover account data, billing information, and API usage. This early version covers only this website's early-access signup.
